
We have revised our current school district calendar to reflect make-up days for the November natural gas leak. Students will now attend a half day on February 16 (Mid-Winter Break) and a half day on April 26 (Asotin Co. Fair).


CSD buses will be running snow routes on Friday, January 19, 2024. Schools will start on time and will follow their regular schedules.

Update: All schools and departments in the Clarkston School District are experiencing phone issues. At this time we cannot receive or send phone calls outside of the district. January 12, 2024 - School will proceed as usual after the two-hour late start this morning. As a reminder, buses will be on snow routes and will pick students up exactly two hours after their regular pick-up time.

Due to adverse weather conditions, the Clarkston School District will be on a two-hour late start tomorrow, January 12, 2024. Buses will pick students up exactly two hours after their regular pick-up time and will be running snow routes. A list of snow routes can be found on the district's website at https://www.csdk12.org/page/snow-routes. If the conditions worsen overnight, it is possible that we will need to cancel school. We will send the updated notification out by 8:30 a.m.

Grantham parents: Reminder there is no archery tomorrow (Thursday) morning. There will be archery Friday morning at 7 am.

Per Washington State Law, students in grades 4-6 will receive instruction on topics such as sexual health, HIV/AIDS, and human growth and development. You’re welcome to join us for a parent night preview on January 3rd at 6 pm in the Educator Support Center Board Room (1294 Chestnut Street). Detailed information, including opt-out instructions, has been emailed and is also available under the Parent tab located at the top of the page.

Tuesday 11/14 is also the last day for students to make purchases at the Book Fair. Online purchases can be made until 11/19.

Grantham will be open at 10:40. There will be no breakfast served due to the late start. Lunch will be served at regularly scheduled times. School ends at 3:00, and marimba band is still taking place after school.

4th grade swim lesson at the Aquatic Center have been rescheduled for Wednesday 11/15, Thursday 11/16, Friday 11/17, and Monday 11/20.
The 5th and 6th grade concert is still taking place Tuesday, 11/14. Students arrive at the CHS auditorium at 5:43. They should go to the left side of the auditorium and sit with their class (their sections will be labeled). They should be in as fancy of clothes as they have, all black and no logos preferred.
We are excited school is open and to be able to provide these events! We're grateful to everyone that played a part in getting our schools reopened!

2-Hour Late Start for Tuesday, November 14: Clarkston School District families. There will be a 2-hour late start for all schools in the Clarkston School District on Tuesday, November 14, 2023. Please watch for updates on our district’s Facebook page or website at www.csdk12.org.

Due to ongoing efforts to restore gas services, all schools in our district will be closed on Monday, November 13. This closure allows educators and families to be home in the event that Avista arrives to restore gas services. Winter sports practices will proceed as planned. An update on Tuesday's school status will be provided by 4:00 p.m. tomorrow.
