Clarkston School District's Highly Capable nomination window is open from February 14 - March 14. Referrals may be submitted by teachers, other staff, parents, and community members. We have revised our current school district calendar to reflect make-up days for the November natural gas leak. Students will now attend a half day on February 16 (Mid-Winter Break) and a half day on April 26 (Asotin Co. Fair).


CSD buses will be running snow routes on Friday, January 19, 2024. Schools will start on time and will follow their regular schedules.

Update: All schools and departments in the Clarkston School District are experiencing phone issues. At this time we cannot receive or send phone calls outside of the district. Morning Heights community. We will have inside recess today due to the cold. When students arrive they can go to the gym. There is no breakfast. Lunch will be served at the regular time. Thanks.

January 12, 2024 - School will proceed as usual after the two-hour late start this morning. As a reminder, buses will be on snow routes and will pick students up exactly two hours after their regular pick-up time.

Due to adverse weather conditions, the Clarkston School District will be on a two-hour late start tomorrow, January 12, 2024. Buses will pick students up exactly two hours after their regular pick-up time and will be running snow routes. A list of snow routes can be found on the district's website at https://www.csdk12.org/page/snow-routes. If the conditions worsen overnight, it is possible that we will need to cancel school. We will send the updated notification out by 8:30 a.m.

Per Washington State Law, students in grades 4-6 will receive instruction on topics such as sexual health, HIV/AIDS, and human growth and development. You’re welcome to join us for a parent night preview on January 3rd at 6 pm in the Educator Support Center Board Room (1294 Chestnut Street). Detailed information, including opt-out instructions, has been emailed and is also available under the Parent tab located at the top of the page.
